DIIF – Digital Innovation In the Forest value chain -project’s goal is to enhance competitiveness of the SMEs in the wood industry and help them to transition towards greener practices through digitalization and innovative processes. 

The project aims to ensure traceability of wood products while enhancing efficiency of operational processes in sustainable and environmentally conscious way, by developing tracking technology throughout the value chain. 

With innovative digital solutions, the project also seeks to support and strengthen collaboration and knowledge-sharing of the SMEs. Through promotion of collaborative actions between the stakeholders, the project aims to create foundation for more integrated and sustainable forest-based industry.
