Student Services

Centria Student Services are here for our students. Study advisors provide guidance and support on matters related to the right to study during your studies. They also prepare, among other things, degree certificates and other student certificates.

Kokkola

Our service hours starting from September 8, 2025 until November 30, 2025:

• Our service desk is open on Wednesdays and Thursdays from 9:00-11:00.
• Outside of these opening hours, we serve by appointment. You can book an appointment using the link further down on this page. You may also book a Teams meeting. Remember, that you cannot register as arrived student via Teams meeting.

Our service hours starting from December 1, 2025:

• There are no walk-in hours at the service desk. We serve by appointment only. You can book an appointment using the link below. You may also book a Teams meeting.
• We will be on Christmas break from December 22 to January 6 and will not be available during that time. When we’ll be back emails will be answered in the order they are received.
• On Tuesday, January 7, 2026, we will be open with extended hours from 9:00–11:00 and 12:00–14:00.

At the Kokkola campus, you can contact the campus student counsellors, who can guide you in the following fields of study: business, engineering, nursing and social services. This means, that business, engineering, social services and nursing students can contact any of the campus student counsellors to get guidance.
