Starting from 1.10.2024 service desk will be open on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m.

On Wednesday 11.12.2024 service desk is exceptionally closed. On this day, you can reach us via email, only.

During the busy month of December, service desk will be open on Wednesdays and Thursdays from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m. You are welcome to book an appointment with us and call us, as usual.

At the Kokkola campus, you can contact the campus student counsellors, who can guide you in the following fields of study: business, engineering, nursing and social services. Integration Services

Sofia Behluli from Integration Services guides international degree students, especially in the early stages of their life and studies in Finland. You can contact Sofia Behluli with matters concerning arrival, integration, housing and finding meaningful things to do. You can meet Sofia at the Kokkola Campus or online.

Career and work-life services

Career and work-life services are available at the Kokkola campus and as an online meeting by appointment. The contact person in career and work-life services for international students is Talent Boost coordinator Jyrki Rajala.
