The aim of the project
The aim of the project is to build a foundation for branding the Old harbour area of Jakobstad with its leading stars, the historic ships Vega and Jacobstads Wapen at its core.
By using methods of co-creation, service design and storytelling the aim is to increase visibility and awareness of the history of the area and shipbuilding as well as involvement in developing it by the inhabitants of the city and companies and clubs in the Old harbour area.
During the project, we together draw an action plan for the future development of the area. This includes a marketingplan and brandstrategy with graphic material and homepage, new ways and channels to spread information about the area and its history and raised media visibility.
