Centria Trainee program is looking for new talent!
We are looking for enthusiastic Centria students who are in the final stages of their studies to join the Centria Trainee Program! The trainee period starts in september and lasts for 3 months, with a weekly working time of 29 hours. The program supports professional development, strengthens working-life skills, and provides a valuable employment certificate for future job applications.
We are recruiting a total of 6 trainees, with two trainees for each team:
- IT
- Student and admission services
- Business administration (teaching)
Each team has its own tasks and requirements, which are described below. Please remember to specify which position or team you are applying for.
Please note that your studies must be at a stage where you are able to work throughout the entire three-month period, on average four days per week between 8:00 AM and 4:00 PM.
The trainee period is carried out in pairs, so we value the willingness to work closely with another student. We also expect initiative and the ability to handle independent tasks.
We expect all applicants to have:
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work independently and solve problems
- A proactive and positive attitude toward work
- Good English language skills
All selected trainees will receive training for their duties.
