Landing a Job -Workshops

In autumn 2026, the AIMlearning project will organize a Landing a Job workshop series for project participants and Centria students. During the workshops, working life professionals will provide practical tips and guidance on job searching and transitioning into working life in Finland. The workshops will be conducted in English as hybrid events via Microsoft Teams and at the Talonpojankatu campus.

Participation in the workshops does not require advance registration.

At the beginning of each workshop, participants will be asked to complete the project funder’s participation form, which is used to collect participant data required for project reporting. The form can be completed either electronically or in person at the registration desk before the workshop. Therefore, please arrive on site or join online a few minutes early.

For electronic registration, participants must have either Finnish online banking credentials or a mobile certificate (mobile ID). Participants attending in person must bring a valid identification document issued by a Finnish authority (passport, driver’s licence, or identity card) that includes a Finnish personal identity code.

Participants’ names, personal identity codes, addresses, or other personally identifiable information will not be reported to any external parties. The project funder receives participation data only in aggregated form, and individual participants cannot be identified from the reported information. Registration only needs to be completed once during the workshop series.

We highly recommend attending the workshops on campus whenever possible, as this provides an excellent opportunity to meet other students interested in job hunting, build professional networks, and receive more personalized guidance and support.

The AIMlearning project is co-funded by the European Union. Its objective is to support young people under the age of 29 living in Central Ostrobothnia in progressing towards employment and education, as well as advancing in their career and study paths. The project runs from 1 February 2024 to 30 April 2027.
