Background
The aim of this project is to strengthen the relationship between the working life and UAS studies. Active and good cooperation with working life contribute to a students’ fluent transition to working life after or also during their studies.
All UAS degree program curricula include trainee periods. This project is aimed at developing the trainee process and the quality of students’ trainee periods and learning outcomes.
