Summer School is here 20.4.–25.5.2026

Summer School meets at the Kokkola campus, in the pink-floor area (158) 20.4.–25.5. every Monday at 9.00–13.00, 15–17 and on Tuesdays at 9.00–13.00.

Come and write your assignments or thesis at the Summer School – the aim is to get your assignments and studying well ahead before the summer holidays. Also possibility of taking whole courses and exams in mathematics (see the separate announcement).

You can attend on days and times that suit you, or take advantage of the whole six-week period.

There is a special education teacher or a student counselor on hand to help and encourage you.

You can walk in at any time, or participate for the whole day. There is no need to register,

just show up with your assignments. If you want to participate remotely, send e-mail to opo@centria.fi or specialteacher@centria.fi .

Math Courses at Summer School

Opportunity to successfully complete three mathematics courses by attending review sessions and taking the exam.

Functions

Review sessions on Mon 4.5. and Wed 6.5. at 9–12, classroom 250A, we’ll go over the key topics and work on some exercises.

Exam on Thu, 7.5. at 9–12.

Electromagnetism

Review sessions on Mon 11.5. and Wed 13.5. at 9–12, classroom 252, during which we will review key topics and problem-solving.

Exam on Fri 15.5. at 9–12.

Differential Calculus

Review sessions on Mon 18.5. and Wed 20.5. at 9–12, classroom 086b, we’ll review the core concepts of the course and practice calculations.

Exam on Fri 22.5. at 9–12.
