OK! Together promoting ability to study is a campaign carried out by the FSHS and higher education institutions in March, with the aim of strengthening students’ well-being and ability to study. The campaign highlights the different areas of study ability, offers up-to-date information and concrete tips to support everyday life, and encourages a sense of community in the higher education community.

POP UP: ODL E-Tukihelmi, Riikka Piippo
- Have you experienced bullying and notice that it affects your everyday life and well-being in the present? Riikka Piippo, an expert at ODL E-TukiHelmi, will be at the stand to present the aftercare service for bullying. We offer free brief therapy and peer groups to process your own bullying experience remotely. The service is aimed at young people and young adults aged 16–35. Welcome to chat and reflect on the themes of bullying violence with Riikka!

- The effects of bullying do not end when bullying violence ends. A person who has experienced bullying can carry traces with them even decades after the bullying has already ended.
