The project comprises three work packages that focus on utilization of new technologies, development of innovative product solutions and integrating industrial operational models into practice.

1. Illustrating the impact of new technologies on resources, costs and supply chains through simulation models and demonstrations.
2. Ideation and development of innovative construction solutions through workshops and tools.
3. Integration by helping companies to map their production strengths and development needs, offering tools (such as Lean, modularity and automation) to enhance efficiency.

The target group includes manufacturing SMEs (building components, modules, prefabricated solutions) in the Northern Ostrobothnia region and companies developing construction technologies, material suppliers and research organizations.
