The NGO Clinic’s meeting point will continue to operate in the autumn semester at the Talanpojankatu campus
The NGO Clinics project started its activities in March in Kokkola on the premises of Centria. During the spring several organisations had time to present their activities to students and the reception was good.
At the NGO Clinic’s meeting point at Talonpojankatu Campus students receive current information about associations and organizations operating in Central Ostrobothnia. In addition, they receive information about NGOs’ events and peer support events. Students can also find meaningful leisure activities and explore volunteer opportunities. Students can also meet with associations who can be contacted if there is interest in civic activities. The associations also offer internships, thesis subjects and, of course, the organisations also serve as employers for professionals in different fields on a broad scale.
You can also meet an NGO coach.
