Apply through the Certificate-based selection
The certificate-based selection is limited to those who completed their high school studies in one of the following countries or areas: the EU/EEA-area, Morocco, Tunisia, Algeria, Egypt, Turkey, Nepal, India, Vietnam, Indonesia, the Philippines, Thailand, Brazil, Colombia, Mexico, Panama, Nicaragua, Moldova, Kazakstan and Uzbekistan.
