As businesses in the Jakobstad region continue to grow and evolve, embracing inclusion, participation, language awareness, and intercultural communication has never been more important. With a high influx of new Finns into our region, we all need to work together to ensure successful recruitment and talent matching. A diverse and inclusive workplace is not just a social responsibility—it’s a key driver for growth and sustainability.

We warmly invite you to join us at “Unlocking Potential – The Multicultural Workplace Advantage”, where we will explore how companies can create thriving, socially sustainable workplaces through diversity and inclusion. The event is aimed for employers.

Venue: Optima, Lecture Room Västerö, Trädgårdsgatan 30, Jakobstad
Date & Time: 1st of April, 8:30 – 12:00
Morning coffee & lunch included

Our keynote speaker, Paul Fairchild, owner of PNP Crossing Borders Oy, will share valuable insights on how diversity can be a strategic advantage in today’s workplace. The keynote speech will be in English and is available online, while the rest of the event will take place on-site, with discussions held in Swedish and Finnish.

This is an excellent opportunity to gain valuable insights, network with like-minded professionals, and exchange ideas on how to make our workplaces more inclusive and successful.
